Shiv Kumar Jha is a full stack engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience in the field of software quality engineering. Currently, he holds the position of Staff Software Quality Engineer at ServiceNow. His expertise lies in a wide range of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, WordPress, PHP, Java, J2EE, and Python. Shiv has extensive experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, UFT/QTP, Soap UI, Protractor, Jasmine, BDD, Cucumber, and Saucelab. He is also well-versed in unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Nunit, Jasmine, Mocha, and Chai. Additionally, Shiv has a strong background in performance testing tools like Jmeter, Load runner, Performance Centre, and Perfmon. He has a good understanding of CI/CD tools such as Ant, Maven, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Sonar. Shiv also has experience working with databases like SQL, PL-SQL, and Oracle.
